1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Pocket Fretboard ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Pocket Fretboard is a guitar learning application that provides:

• Triad chord voicings and variations
• Scale libraries and patterns
• Chord progression tools
• Key exploration features

C Major content is available free. All other keys and features require a Premium subscription.

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Premium Subscription

• Price: $2.99 per month (USD)
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

3.2 Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
